Sadly Vibe died before he could become the greatest JLA member of all-time. Ok, maybe not. But he was a JLAer, so I needed to make him eventually. And since he's coming back into the DCnU and has a DC short this Saturday morning, to quote Rage Against the Machine, "What better time then now?"

Vibe was made using El Dorado as a base. I thought he'd work good since th skintone would be the same ethnicity, but wound up painting his skin to match the head anyway. So the head is from DCUC Superboy and I replaced the round glasses with ML Blade's. His vest was made by first trimming down a DCUC Samurai vest, and then attaching the collar from a DCUC Guy Gardner vest. Some sculpting to help blend it in on the front and back, some sculpting for his booties, and...Viva el Vibe!

Probably not high on anyone's list of DCUC wants, but he became so much of a breakdancing joke that he found a place in my heart, and now my collection. Enjoy!
