during jason aarons ghost rider story "last stand of the spirits of vengeance" we met a lot of other ghost riders from cultures all around the world. baron skullfire is the ghost rider of the congo and king of skull city. i plan on making a lot of these other ghost riders as i find appropriate bases and skull heads. if you didnt read this story google him and check out some of the other spirits of vengeance too.

hes a dcuc joker, i cut off the bottom legs and added the 2pk baron struckers pegs and boots. ml3 ghost rider head, sanded down flat on top then sculpted top hat and flames, sculpted cummerbund, bottom of pant legs,collar and necklaces, cut off joker cane handle and resculpted cobra head.
