well i like the character
a loan shark who gets done for rape but tries insanity plea and ends up being screwed over in arkham and actually going insane and then being deformed during a riot being locked in freeze's cell getting frostbite, bad!

sculpted teeth and added some yellow to them so they stand out a bit
repainted body

made him some money via printer and superglue and gave him a gun
