Lord Deathstrike seemed to come out of nowhere and is now appearing in X-Men and Wolverine comics. He doesn't say a word, but is apparently the brother of Lady Deathstrike. I love the kabuki mask and suit combo that he wears.

The recipe is simple:
Body: Movie Master Scarecrow
Hands: Gotham Thug
Head: Grindhouse figure

I sculpted over the head and painted the face. The suit got a nice black coat of paint.
