Next in of my WWII heros is another member of the twelve, Phantom Reporter.
For this figure, I started with a DCUC Sandman.
The head comes from the Marvel Legends Commander Rogers figure.
The hat is from a DCD Sandman.
The gun is a DMC casting.
Thanks to my wife for adding the turned up collar for me.

Love the figure, but I can't help but think of how unlikely it is to see a male wearing these colors today.

any character/custom that can rock pink and purple has got to be a BA! Great work is all I can say on this one! I've never saw this guy before but you really captured it!

Yes, the colors were fun to do.
From the comic he was infact pretty BA.
In fact after receiving Firey Masks powers at the end on the Twelve mini series, he is even more BA.
