Hi Realmers!
This is a concept Red Lantern figure I painted just for fun.
It's an Imperfecz.toys resin figure sculpted by the talented Luke Harris. Look him up in google.

They're so cool, I just had to buy a few blanks ones from him. This is the first of a few I'll be posting in the future.
Behold Red Lantern Cthulhu!
If you look closely, you'll notice a red lantern ring which I sliced off a spare Red Lantern Nite-Lik hand I had as fodder.
The Red Lantern logos are water-slide decals.
Completed June 2012.

Always professional, always original, always innovative... a great work as always from a great custmizer... NeCrollector, brother, this Cthulhu is amazing and the character fits perfect in the Red Lantern Corps ... I said it before and I say it now, you are the "Master of the Lantern Corps Customs".

Yeah...I want to eventually work on a 6 to 8 inch scale Cthulhu custom...
That's the cool thing about Cthulhu....it's open to many different interpretations by different artists...I really like Imperfecz's take on him...it's kinda like a cute yet twisted super-deformed version of Cthulhu.

Hi saber4734! Great to hear from you, bro. Cthulhu is a fictional cosmic evil creature created by H.P. Lovecraft in the late 1920's. He's sort of like a mixture of an octopus w/ dragon wings on a humanoid body. Visually creepy, yet cool! I recommend looking him up in google...I'm sure you'll dig him
