Hello, found a loose DCUC fig which has great sculpt and details. Was contemplating on making a Dynasty Warrior's Guan Yu, Ma Chao or Marvel's Dr. Doom. Ended up making a Ronan instead to tag along with my few cosmic Marvel Legends. Repainted the hood, front garment, belt, gloves and boots. Sculpted the hammer using epoxy putty. Since the Ronan Baf itself is pretty hard to find nowadays, for now this will work for me as a Ronan stand-in with the other cosmic characters.

Thanks to your figure I bought the Lord Naga and am going to customize it into Ronan the Accuser! Is there a certain paint you used on it? Im planning on going to Michaels to find acrylic paint, many sites say Testors is the best, but what is your opinion? Thanks again for the inspiration.

thanks! I use Tamiya Acrylic paints and Gunze Sangyo. I think they work well with most action figures.

Thank you guys! I googled and its Lord Naga DCUC! The resemblance with Ronan is just uncanny. A bit undersized though but still worth trying out.

Wow. I loved how the Ronan looked on the covers of those comics, the inside art was a disappointment...I kept seeing this toy at the comics N stuff by my house, and I thought it looked cool, (Lord Naga) and this is a perfect base for Ronan! I wanted to make this character, and had no idea where to start. The hammer you sculpted is excellent by the way. Great paint job too, you've inspired me to make one!
