The skirt was repainted then the belt painted and then made from vinyl pieces. The cape is red velveteen with printed emblem glued to it. The top was painted on and the emblem again printed and glued then sealed. The boots were repainted and hair restyled with blue earrings added.

I'd like to think of being a survivor of one of Hulk's city-wide rampages.

I imagine there'd be a support group for that.
