Custom Moondragon; Marvel Legends Action Figure – Created May 15th, 2012

Moondragon was made using the body from a Hasbro Marvel Legends Elektra, the cape from a DC Universe Classics Alan Scott Green Lantern, and the head, forearms, and boots of a Marvel Legends Madame Hydra. Her bust was sculpted onto for comic accuracy, and the entire thing was painted in several flesh tones and topped with my own special mix of green for her outfit. Switched out the forearms and added the boots, and then worked on the head. I had to a lot of sculpting and sanding to smooth out her head, and give her the jewel on her forehead. After painting it, I took some small gold chain mail links and used them as earrings. The cape was then glued in place on her back and shoulders, then removed the gold claps and chain linking the two sides of the cape, and finally I sculpted the folds on her cape straps that attach to her outfit. And that’s that. Moondragon was finished and ready to join the Avengers.
