As continued from my first submission, I said I was going to debut my version 2. And so, here he is. Modified with multiple parts, this time he turned out better than the first. Only one area that isnt repainted is his claws. I went ahead and left them the color, a royal blue. He does have a city mode. Also, I did make a Decepticon Dark Energon Matrix of Power that can only be used with certain Decepticons that are in a leadership position..just like the Autobot Matrix of Leadership.
