I made a cast of an Atlantis Mini-Big Head and used Hydroshrink to reduce the size to this scale. The hands are from the female Microman figure that came with the Devilman figure.

Nice idea putting him a soft goods skirt so he can still move the legs. Excellent eye always to find and choose the exact piece to fit with other figures to do customs like this. Pure genius!
