Every so often, a movie will come out and ignite the imagination, transporting the willing viewer to another world, another reality. The main objective of the movie is no doubt for entertainment purposes, but that doesn't mean a person can't walk out of the theatre and be inspired by the ideas and visuals. Coined by the director Ridley Scott as the Deacon, this proto-Xenomorph was revealed as the creature that burst from the Engineer's chest. It gets this name, as its head is shaped like a bishop's mitre. Re-sculpted a McFarlane Dog Alien head with extended jaws from a Beta Ray Bill. Used Abe Sapien's skinny upper torso, re-sculpted the ribs, and replaced the arms/legs from a Hasbro Alien Warrior. The movie also introduced a new species known as a Hammerpede, which basically was a worm indigenous to the alien planet that got infected by the black oil substance found in those containers. It transformed a docile inch-worm into a cobra-like creature with enhanced physical strength (capable of breaking a man's arm) and would slither forcibly down his throat. Measuring 4 inches tall, this Hammerpede was sculpted from scratch, and used the tail from a facehugger. Also sculpted the base stand with alien iconography to complete the set. Thanks for checking this out. Have a great summer, and would also like to congratulate FigureRealm on celebrating their 10th anniversary (July12th). Time sure flies when you're having fun! ![]() |

I love where Ridley Scott took the franchise although he could use better writers for the follow up film.
But enough of that...great work.
