I found a SMC series 1 Venom cheap and wanted a Thanos so I gave it a shot. The boots and head are from a FF movie thing (the head had a bit of sculpting done)and the hands are from an old AoA Apocalypse. I dremmeled the hands, feet and head off Venom, rebuilt the neck and put on the head. I glued the hands and feet on and added the parts from a 90s Thanos I had

I dig the head and chin a lot (You sculpted them, right?)... Thanos is my favorite villain. One thing I'd suggest is using matte varnish instead of gloss. The difference is incredible.
