I scored a second and much better conditioned Super Power's Flash figure and thought the older one would make a great Atom. I sanded the lightning belt and arm bands. I cut the head wings down to resemble ears and purposely left them red to look worn out. I left the red plastic of the Flash and airbrushed the blue. I left the face slightly worn as well. I wanted it to look as if it came out of a toy boy.
