This is part of a project where I'm turning Marvel Universe figures into DC heroes. Part of the project is trying to keep to only using MU figures and parts. I'm a collage kind of guy so in some cases I use other objects and parts form various sources. Why limit yourself at the sake of a great addition? Anyways, The head is a MU Silver Surfer with added Apoxy Sculpt to accent the brow. This figure was a learning curve with the Apoxy Sculpt. When working on the cape collar the apoxy brown was damaged after painting. I had to rebuild and repaint. It was originally airbrushed but I did touch ups by brush. The torso and arms are from a MU modern Luke Cage. The legs are a MU 2 Pack Secret Wars Thor. I Apoxy Sculpted the boots to fill in and give the upper collar on the boots. the cape was taken from a History of the DC Uni Martian Manhunter figure and carved down. The collar was also carved down from part of the cage. It turned out too thick for my liking and it caused a little damaged while putting it together. The chain was from a DC Direct Power Girl.
