Well...nothing really! The color just sort of worked I also just recently swapped out the shoulders from a Young Justice Robin so Batman's shoulders don't look so shrimpy. (No pics yet)

Sure thing! The dimensions are as follows:

20 inches wide x 7 inches high. The scallop points are 4.5 inches apart. The cape is actually straight across the top. The curve effect is a result of attaching it to the shoulders. As long as you cut the top straight and follow the recipe you'll be flying in no time! (Warning: Do not attempt actual flight)

I can easily give yours the cape. I could even just send you the cape. However unless you provide the legs I don't have any duplicates of the legs I used on mine. A "Marvel Legends Age of Apocalypse Wolverine" can be found on http://www.ebay.com for super cheap but you'd have to provide that yourself.

@ MikeD42:

Thanks Mike! Unfortunately the 'Begins' figure is getting harder and harder to find. I lucked out and got a damaged one (which didn't matter because I had intended on swapping the legs anyway). Some clown consistently has one listed at "Buy It Now: $250.00" ...what a joke. Doubt he's sold it yet. Haha!
