Secret Warriors Nick Fury.
This combination of Ultimate Nick body with 616 Nick head has been done many times before so I can't recall who came up with the idea first and give them the credit.

I repainted the shirt, pants and exposed skin on the body. The head and neck don't match up too well with the bright flash, but they look pretty similar in person. I thought about painting his belt and leg strap white but decided to leave it as is for now. The gun received some silver and black paint plus some orange for the front.
