His neck was also painted...

Seeing all your works I bet you can easily do this custom, even with new hands.
Try to take Brimstone's or Kilowog's hands and put them on Arkillo's arms. That's not hard at all...

By the way, when you say that you made resin copies of the hands, is that through the use of molds? I'm intrigued.

Yes! I bought Brimstone arms and took off his hands. Then I made two molds of them with silicone and after that I just had to fill them with resin!
The ring made a small mold with epoxi and take the copy with resin, dremelled and glued on his left hand...
