I started off this lantern bye taking a wrestler body and cutting the head and legs off, then I began sculpting the lower body. Due to the amount of sculpt I needed for this I couldn't afford to do it from nice sculpt so instead I sculpted it from "Crayola Air Dry Clay" around a armature I had made from plastic tubing. All his armor, shell, and head, were done with sculpy(with bb's for the eyes). The wrest was done with apoxie, and fixit sculpt. The hands are from a random tmnt figure and the Ax is scratch built from a lolipop stick, fomie and sculpt. After I got all that sculpting done I got to painting this guy, I decided to spice up the color scheme on his skin and shell a bit because I thought the strait brown was kind of boring. I hope you all like this guy, I had a blast making him! He's 7 inches tall from the ground to the top of his eyeballs :D I threw in a W.I.P. picture at the end just to show the extent of the sculpting on this guy!
