Well my trigger happy finger got me in trouble on the bay and I ended up with a few of the SDCC Wolvies. I wasn't real happy with my last one that I made and I wanted to redeem myself by making one that I could put on my shelf.

The sculpt on this figure is amazing and it was even better than I imagined it. I am sure they will make this repaint when they release the mass production one next year (or 2014, I forget when they were going to put it out) but I can't wait that long!

I went against my usual tactics of airbrushing and loosely followed WhiskeyTangos' awesome yellow tutorial over at the Fwoosh just to try something new. Other than that the only sculpting done was filling in the peg holes and the giant number they put in his inner left thigh. Claws can still be removed and he retains all articulation. No X badge or X on the belt for this guy as I wanted a figure that could swap in X teams and Avenger teams and not confuse civilians and bad guys. :)
