Here's a simple but very satisfying customization; the Face Off Hulk with fists from the Marvel Select Avengers movie Hulk. Well, simple as opposed to some other projects. But, it's a customized figure nonetheless. It's basically the Face Off Hulk with the arms from the Select Avengers Hulk, but the shoulder pegs and the upper arm cavities had to be modifed to get everything to fit. There are two thick screws that were originally used for holding a guitar neck onto a guitar body acting as bones of a sort, reinforcing the shoulder peg and attaching into the upper arm cavity. I should've taken some pics before I attached the arms. I'm thinking of painting the skin to match the color used in the 70s comics, but for now I'm just geeking over something that looks like a Face Off Hulk manufactured with fists :). I also reshaped the neck peg so that the heads could be swappable.
I really like this Hulk, why don't you paint the skin to equal the skin tone on arms and the rest of the body, he would look great. Anyway, a great customized Hulk
Thank you. Like I said in the description, I'm thinking of painting the skintones all one uniform color. The camera really shows where some parts were painted at the factory and some were just left as green plastic, but ironically the paint both companies used for the torso and arms matches up almost perfectly.
XD, Yes, yes I absolutely did. I did that years ago before I even got to the arms. I actually made a little push mold of realistic looking nipples at one point to use on several different types of figures.
cool idea, but I think the MS arms are a bit too big, imo. Perhaps trying some older movie hulk arms with fists might fit better.Good idea though, I myself was not a fan of the FO hulk hands.
If I took a pic of the FO arms and the Select arms that I used side by side, you'd see that they are just a hair short of being the exact same size. I think the camera amplifies them because of the perspective I used, but the fists are a little big.

Great work blending the parts though.
