Again on my crusade to use up the spare parts and bodies I picked up over the years I decided to make an original Insecticon Flyby.

Flyby was made from a Dragonfly Robot (from Big Lots) mixed with a Wing Zero Gundam.
The original figure was very static and not very poseable. I added ball joints to the upper arms and legs then a double elbow joint and ball jointed wrist. After artic was added I covered a bunch of the empty areas with styrene and sanded the rub areas.

He was base coated with Krylon fusion black then given a classic Insecticon paint job to match his G1 brothers.
