Okay finished this a looooooonnngg while, just now getting it posted. Used Bullseye as the body base with some re-sculpting and painting, Batman Beyond unmasked head repainted, and some finishing touches and there ya go. The wings are made from ref foam paper and painted as is the cape, I am considering making another cape out vinyl, we'll see. They are held in place by the back pack in which I used magnets to keep it in place and hold the wings/ cape on. I gotta I say I like this costume much better than the cowled one and looks more like he took ownership of the title. The Bo staff is a cut aluminum rod.
