I ordered a John Blake online and I thought he looked pretty good. The paint application although very clean, I found to be very shiny like the rest of the TDKR figures. Once again I wanted to repaint this figure to give him a nice matte finish. So, using acrylic paints, I repainted John Blake. Not a major custom,and not a major difference either in the finished product, but I thought I'd share with you guys anyway. This is a great repaint, you're spot on about the TDKR figures having too much of a sheen going on. What I'd do in addition would be to shave down the ears some; the Blake figure has these gigantic ears that just look pretty wonky.
