One of my favorite more obscure Joe characters. Originally a Steadicam gunner, I re-imagined him as a heavy machine gunner. He uses A Rise of Cobra Sgt. Stone torso, the "disguised" head from a Roc Zartan, and the guns from two Rise of Cobra Heavy Duty figures. I know the really big gun is kind of ridiculous, but it just seemed to fit with him. I initially tried to mimic the "Tetris" camo pattern of the original figure, but it didn't work for me.
