I went back and re-did my Joker because I wasn't happy with it. I'm only going to tell you what I did the final time because that's when I was happy with it and well yeah. So repainted his face white(not the eyes mouth or hair). Then I gave his hair a black base coat, then I drybrushed it brown, and then I dry brushed parts of it green. I made sure to keep the hairline brown to make it seem realistic. For the face, I used fine point liquid pens for his eyes and mouth. I was aiming toward the interrogation scene look but a little bit cleaner. The extra things I did were drybrush parts of his shirt black to make it darker, drybrush parts of his shoes black, and I tried to make his chain look rusty but now its just eh.
