Magpie is one of those characters that I've always been interested in for no real reason other than her design. I thknk she was only in two or three comics since her inception. Notably for me was her appearance in Arkham Asylum: Living Hell. She's a weird character, obsessed with jewels, kind of a Penguin vibe, but she's so cool looking. I used Elektra for the base, Viper head, lower arms, lower legs, and belt and gun. Glasses and structure of hair made using craft plastic, the hair was sculpted over with green stuff to give texture, the top of the blouse, and uppe3r sleeves sculpted from green stuff as well.
