So, who here remembers Space Ghost? Stupid question, right? I know. To me, Space Ghost is like Deadpool. Every custom has to make at least one. It's the challenge. For Deadpool, that challenge usually equates to trying to make an interesting version of the character that everyone would like to see. For Space Ghost, it's the challenge of the white body, the yellow cape, and the emblem on his chest. Well, I've made two Deadpools, so Space Ghost was an eventual must. And I did it. And I was proud. He looks fantastic. The white is smoother than I expected, the yellow didn't fade too badly when I applied sealer to it, or when I glued it to the body, and the emblem came out perfectly. Then, someone pointed out that the hands were supposed to be white. lol So close! So, can we go with concept, then? I'll surely have to make this misfortune right one day, but even with that, I'm still very happy with how he came out.
Ha! True! I remember the button on his belt was constantly changing sizes too. That one always got me. The red really made the differences stand out. lol Thanks for the compliment.
I do .. I would have never remembered his hands were white but I think its a common mistake. Still awesome detailing
I used to watch the reruns as a kid and never really did remember much about the story and plot all I knew was it was Saturday Morning cartoon and it was cool. I think it would be fun to try and make MU scale of the spoof SGCTC so you'll include Zorak and Moltar as well.
Same. I didn't think there was a story. He was there, everyone wanted him dead, so he spent 10 minutes every week defeating a new villain. lol The only time I remember there being a plot was the last few episodes when the Council of Doom tried to destroy him together. And not sure where I'd begin with Zorak. Moltar maybe. I'll look into that. lol
