This is basically a repainted x-men beast figure. The figure already looked perfect so didn't want to change anything. Just opted to repaint him closer to the dark beast color because it think the blue fur would not match the special ops theme. Hope you guys agree.

I think you misunderstood him. Pretty was the modifier, "beast" was the operative word as in pretty sharp or pretty good. It was a slightly clumsy turn of phrase to be sure, but I have to agree with the sentiment. That is one pretty beastly custom. Brings out the animal in Dr. McCoy.
