Switching it up from posting all of my Marvel Universe customs... I bring you the first attempt at a GI Joe Golobulus custom that I did back in the day. This is one of the most hated/most loved characters in GI Joe... people hated him because of his origin in the movie, but people loved him because he was half snake. Well, I took the idea and changed it into a Dr. Mindbender experiment gone wrong, mixed a little H. P. Lovecraft tentacle love in for good measure, and came up with this. He's created from a Chap Mei cobra body, and some random GI Joe fodder along with a killer head sculpt from Slayer Design Studios, known at that time as Tri-Gate Creations.

Definitely one of my all time favorite custom projects, and what I think is my best custom action figure ever.
