This was hard to decide the basis ... Was to use a DCUC Blue Aquaman, but that would sculpt bracelets and anklets. Then I remembered that the Manhunter Robot eliminate the need for these sculptures. And is not that the base was perfect? Just had to switch head and feet of the Mr terrifc and sculpt the chest armor and helmet. The wings also give a nice look to the figure. The flaming sword is the Morgul Lord Witch King sword with another cable (I think the Silver Savage). Painted with white matte vinylic paint and black and gold enamel paints. The tattoos were hand painted one by one, using a toothpick.
