Bostonian born Timothy "Dum Dum" Dugan during World War II, working as a circus strongman, Dugan saves Nick Fury from Nazi soldiers. Dugan joins Able Company (The Howling Commandos), and later joins S.H.I.E.L.D. with Nick Fury, finally a technical hero. Dugan was made out of a G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Grunt, with the head of a ROC Duke, sporting a bowler hat sculpted over a Nazi helmet.
