Hey guys, sorry for a long delay and I know I was originally going to post this as a Savage Theron, but, after buying TOO MUCH modelling clay, I kinda had to wrack my brains for this. But either way, this was a complete success, May I present to you...Dark Samus:

Born from the remains of Metroid Prime, the torn-off Phazon suit and DNA of Samus Aran, her demonic doppelgänger Dark Samus is ruthless in her attempt to spread the taint of the Phazon scourge across the universe. Made straight from Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, in her most bad-ass form, Dark Samus won't stop at anything to consume the universe and her human counterpart.

With the Hazop Spartan, I didn't need to make any major modifications, in fact, all I remember needing to do is file down the back of the Spartan. I Sculpted the 'ears' (Couldn't find a better word) and mouth tubes to the face grill of the Spartan, giving me the 'Y' shape I needed for her visor. The shoulders were made from clay balls pressed into a thick pan, before cutting a side away and glueing to the shoulders at an angle, make them a reasonable size. Next I sculpted the arm cannon by layering the clay over the arm, then adding a cone shape around the nozzle, before flattening the cone tip and adding the four little ball nozzles. (Not aiming for 100% so PLEASE don't moan...) The left arm I merely sculpted on her fingers to make claws. Chest needed some SERIOUS work, I started to sculpt the breastplate so it jutted out, carved the Phazon crystals and created the connecting waist plate on her belly. The hips i just sculpted thinly then moulded upwards. Her legs and feet, I just built up, then carved the sides of the legs for the Phazon crystals.

Then after 1 1/2 hours and 3 half tubs of paint and varnish later, Dark Samus was forged, her articulation has not been hindered apart from her right hand (cannon hand, duh!) and she is fully pose-able. (Hint: You might want to use the ice blue to paint lightning patterns on her Phazon areas.) Paints involved: Matt Black; Crystal Blue; Bluish Grey. I used the Spartan because I wanted to scale her to the size of the Japanese Figma Samus. Yes; for a 14 year old, my Santander account is gonna take a battering XD.
