Nitro. He has the power to explode and reform his body. Yet his most notable accomplishments in the Marvel Universe are giving Captain Marvel cancer and destroying Stamford. The latter event kicking off the Civil War event. And he's still generally shown as a member of someone's gang. The most recent of which being a member of the Hood's group. His power consists solely of exploding his entire body, so he's more of a tool for big situations than a character that could drive an event. But, I still like the guy. And after I made him, I jus had to try to match his pose in the reference picture. lol
