Hulked out Buckycap started out as a Juggernaut figure Split his torso open, gave him arms from world war hulk, a head from classic avengers hulk, shaved his head down and sculpted the mask on, added wings from sub-mariner's ankles to the mask, sculpted the cuffs for the gloves and gave him a paint job!
