The bulk of this figure was nothing more than a repaint and head/arms/feet replacement. That was it, the body belonged to some Jakks Wrestling figure from years back and the head and arms came from one of the modern WWE figures (I don't who, had these pieces awhule), and the feet came from a UFC figure (mostly because the original feet were missing for some reason). Other than that I just repainted pants and shirt. The golf bag and weapons belonged to the TMNT Movie Casey Jones figure. The most challenging part was the mask, I wanted one that was removeable so to accomplish that I wrapped the figure head in foil and sculpted the mask, after everything dried I peeled away the foil from the Apoxie, painted it and attached a rubberband to hold the mask in place.

I like Casey Jones, loved him in the first Ninja Turtle movie, and loved him in the various TMNT series (though I don't really like him and April as a couple...but that's just me). Though in the 200x series he was a bit more of a doof that I would've liked, versus the old cartoon Casey who was just a little too psycho (viewing jaywalking as a capital offense)...there just needs to be a balance/blend of the two characters. Casey should be someone with come sense, I mean he trained himself to stand up against gangsters with all sorts of weapons, wielding nothing but sports equipment. Crazy? Yes. But to do something like that he has to have some sense to have survived as long as he has. I'd view him as a middle 30-something guy, some level of street intelligence (complete with preteen daughter in the form of Shadow Jones from his short lived marriage).

Casey Jones: I say we break his face...that usually seems to work.
Michelangelo: That always seem to be your answer.
Casey Jones: It usually works.
Michelangelo: Touche. Shall we?
Casey Jones: Let's dance.
Michelangelo: COWABUNGA!!!
Casey Jones: GOONGALA!!!
