Megan has really grown on me as a mainstay in the X-Books and despite the amount of yellow paint here still is! I swapped the head out for the movie Mary-Jane figure and sculpted the ears, fringe, boots and gauntlets. Belt buckle is from Storm and belt itself is elastic band. The wings were from a craft store taken from a butterfly.
Thanks for all of the feedback guys! In all honesty, the MJ head isn't that bad for younger faces once the washed out colour is covered up. I'm still in two minds on giving her pupils as they vary so much depending which comic you read but think it would improve the eyes. Anybody know the official stats for her eyes colour?
They are supposed to be all black with a white or pink pupil. The pupil might have been a glare though. Either way they are listed as that on marvel's official site. Plus in most of her earlier appearances they are.
really great job man! I love your sculpt job! and really nice use of parts, I really didn't like the MJ head, but you made it work beautifully with this fig!
