This guy is probably one of the most obscure recent new characters to hit GI Joe back in 2001. His original figure had such a simple, but effective look, and I wanted to replicate the look closely of the original figure. For his body, it was only natural that I use a GI Joe 25th Assault on Cobra Island Outback. Outback was the character he was repainted/retooled from back then. His head is from a slightly repainted 25th Clutch/Double Clutch, and his gear from various Joe figures. The "ARMY" on his t-shirt was done with rub-on lettering/decals, a steady hand, and a lot of patience.
