This figure turned out to be a hard one to make. She is a 12" Bratz that actually talks and is interactive but sadly I don't know how to program her to talk like Harley would. :-/
So basically painted her face restyled the hair then colored it. The clothes are hand sewn and painted with detail added. The tattoos were printed out and put on her arm and torso, with a real chain, choker, and belt added. I then saw a custom with a stuffed Mr. J and decided to do my own version for her to hold along side teh automatic gun. ;-) It was sewn and then colored with markers and glued on some green fuzz for his hair and added real small black button eyes.
