Found these cheapo Uncle Sam figures but the Head Sculpts were half bad. I complete repainted the head, sealed everything in Testor's Dul-Cote, modified a DC DIRECT body to accept the neck post, re-sewn the outfit to fit, new after market shoes, painted glove hands sealed with a gloss clear...and in the end I had an amazing Uncle Sam in scale with the DC Direct 13" Figures. I also made these in a regular 12" scale on either BBI or TTL body.
