Saw these at the Target I work at when they first came out and thought they needed a repaint. I wanted them to take on a more "earthy" feel rather than the typical cartoon and comic look. Testors Model Master and Citadel paints were used in the process. I used a few solid coats followed by dry-brushing and washes. After completing the repaints I decided to take on the Turtle Van or "Shellraiser" and perform a custom paint job on that too. I drilled and filled the headlights and afterburners with working LEDs, along with green Ground FX for totally tubular driving.
