Hello realmers, hope you're enjoying this sunday night :) This is not the first time I try to create a Batman, but this is the first time I'm totally satisfied on the result :) As you can see it's not based on a specific design, I took inspiration from other great figures and drawings. The head looks so much like Burton's Batman (IMHO) and believe me, it wasn't intentional, although I feel great about it because I love that design. Now on the figure. The body came from a Mattel WWE David Smith Elite Figure. The head came from a Havoc Unleashed Batista figure on which the Batman mask was totally sculpted over with epoxy clay. All was painted with acrylic paints and sealed with a matte coat. BTW, the cape is made of fabric. Thank you so much for watching, and hope you have an excellent start of the week :) ![]() |

I Love the way he looks! The sculpted mask does look Burton-ish! You did a bang up job of sculpting it!
I'm always looking forward to seeing what next customs you'll come up with using wrestling figs as a base, brother...they always have a unique, real-life quality to them.
I love the photos, by the way.
Let me tell you something; wrestling figures are expensive in México, the prices are in $15 dlls. - $22 dlls. for the basic figures, but in the last three to four years always happens that in january-february the stores cut the prices so you can find Elite figures (fully articulated) in $7 or $8 dlls. each, and thats when I can restock my fodder box XD. By the way, the Burtonish look came with no intention
