Nothing about this DogSoldier is what it seems. He is not Haitian but this is what the whites called his father a freedman Cherokee. After a fatal dispute with the Cherokee, Jack had to escape north west to keep from being killed by the nation which he is a member. Hunted by evil Indian slavers Jack moves thru the Indian nations as friend and warrior. Ironically this Cherokee becomes blood kin Cheyenne and is named Bad Eagles Black Tears; a DogSoldier making war against all enemies of the Cheyenne and Sioux nations.
