Everyone wants a Mephiles figure from Sonic 06 so here I have made him with being the first to make hil feet the same way they are in the game Sonic 06 but other than that I used super sculpy to make the spikes on him and used a Shadow head and Sonic's body to make him.
No, he is NOT a canceled figure. There have NEVER been any plans for a Mephiles figure. This custom does not fit the rules of the contest, and should NOT be in it.

Unfortunately, that's NOT what this contest is about. It's not about what figures you want to have made. It's about what figures were supposed to be made, but were canceled. Mephiles is NOT a cancelled figure. Jazwares is still making Sonic figures, and they have never said they were making a Mephiles figure.
Doesn't matter if this is a good custom or not, this figure does NOT qualify for the contest.
I'm not knocking this custom, nor your ability to make customs. That's not an issue here, at all. The whole point is you didn't follow the rules. It doesn't matter if lots of people want the figure, or if it was, "Just for fun." It didn't belong in the contest, it's not a fair entry. If people could enter anything, there would be no point to the contests. I have seen a few really really nice customs be taken out of contests, because they didn't fit the rules.
It's like if someone decided to enter a custom based on the DCUC female buck in the "Same Base" contest. It doesn't qualify, it's not a legal entry.
