After Drew Daniels gained his tornado-like power, he tried out for the Frightful Four. He turned them down when they wouldn't pay him! After joining a short-lived SHIELD super-team, he then formed the Southwestern-based team the Rangers.
Once I got a spare Dum Dum Dugan, I knew I wanted to use the face for TT. The lower body and gloves are from Mr. Fantastic, and Luke Cage provided the arms and torso. I had a couple of ideas for the Stetson, but when I stumbled across this one on a mini-manga bust, I knew I had the right one. Costume details made from rubber and craft store beads. Making the chin cord was a major pain! The tornado effect was from an Invisible Woman accessory.
