Eugene Patillo wanted to redeem his father's name, ex-supervillain Leap Frog. Calling himself Frog-Man, he attempted to fight crime. Lacking the necessary skills, he won through dumb luck most of the time.
I finished this figure last year, but didn't get around to finishing the pictures until recently. The base is the standard Doctor Octopus. I swapped out the thighs with Ultimate Doc Ock to make him taller. I sanded off the belt to accentuate his gut. The frog mask was made from a rubber frog head. Never again! Never again will I try to cut and shape rubber! I had to reposition the eyes and add balls inside.The foot coils are small springs, and the backpack is made from fodder pieces.
