i like franks look with the red skull in the new thunderbolts book. i saw l/r's on here and wanted one of my own. i have a couple extra of these franks so i thought id give him a shot.

i took a ml4 punisher, removed the skull teeth belt thing and resculpted the shirt and added the front of wonder mans belt. the arms and jacket are from a spirit figure. after looking through everyone elses versions on the realm, which i always do for inspiration, i saw whiskeytangos punisher with the modded spirit coat and wanted to give that a try too. then total repaint.

Totally don't like Punisher being on a team. It's just not right. But I'm kinda fifty fifty on the red skull. I like it, but I'm still a fan of the classic look. All that aside, love the figure. Looks fantastic!

thanks draven. im kinda fifty fifty on the red skull too, but I jumped at the chance to make a different looking punisher. I thought it was odd to put him on the team too at first, but I like how theyve been handling it so far. it kinda feels like a marvel max book in the 616.

as much as I don't like the whole "punisher on a team" or "punisher with a red skull" thing, this looks sharp. Plus, you did a far nicer job modding the spirits coat than I did. Well done, sir.

thanks whiskey, I dunno if youve given the book a try or not. I kinda figured it be like when they tried to put him in misty knights heroes for hire and he was there for like an issue, but half the first thunderbolts issue was ross explaining to frank why he wants him on the team, and with ross, deadpool and venom also being ex-military, im curious if they can make this work this time. I was nervous when I cut that coat in half, im glad I could cut it straight and get it back together.
