As much as I love making the big and buffed mutants, I also love making (army building) group types of customs.

Here we have Moleman's army pet the 'Moloids'. The last comic book that I red is the "Amazing Spiderman", where Spiderman and the Red Hulk fought underground creatures and the Moloids are a central part of the story.

Anyway I was just planning to make just one of this, but ended up doing 9 more lol. To differentiate each Moloids from one another, I sculpted individual heads, with different expressions. Their clothes are made from real cloth.

The base is 100% Symbiote Spidermans. I think one is an x-men arch-angel figure. I run out of Spidermans to use lol...

Again I need to buy or make a Moleman figure, it's a bit silly now that I have made his pets and not him :)

Neat! I thought about scale too but yeah, looks like they've grown in the last 50 years. Where'd you get so many old Black Spideys? I always hated that body, being so odd and with really odd proportions, but then you had to go and find a perfect use for it. The Moloids should look a little off. The idfferent heads all have a lot of expression to them, and the clothes came out great. Really fantastic little set.

looks good bro. however, they are out of scale. a better base would of been a lotr gollem with sculpted eyes/ features. also u coulda save a bunch of money. the moloids arnt bigger then moleman, thats why the gollem 4 inch or so fig fits really good in scale. love the details and sculpted heads tho bro. perfect colors to.

Thanks bro! Yes I thought long and hard about the scale. I have a Gollem figure that I was supposed to use, it would have been perfect. But the problem with that is I only have one, and I wanted to do more than that. And the next best thing I thought would be this spiderman. Plus the Moloids have been drawn much bigger recently than they used to be. See sample of them (google) attacking the New York Marathon Runners, which what I used for reference when I made these
