I had thought about getting a "naked" head for my Samus too, and I was thinking about using the DC Direct Armory Nightwing's alt head. Which is just a more serious DC Direct Crisis Powergirl head.
That head has a whole "Other M Samus" look I really dig. Though you'd have to mod her hair.
I just don't know if it would be size-adapted since I don't have the Powergirl nor the Nightwing.

Thanks everyone! It's not hard to add the black line detailing and makes the figure that much better. The head may be a chore to do since the neck peg is a ball underneath. I had to modify Widow's head solid to the upper neck joint and just have the lower one a ball.

So very excellent. I remember how suprised I was to find that Samus was a girl. After that, if a 7 year old old kid could have a schoolyard crush on a 16bit video game character, Samus was mine, heh.
