This is one guy I thought we would see in the retail line maybe as a Build a figure, but all we got was The Shark (basically a guy with a shark mask on). So I took Marvel Legends Venom (the one with the scorpion tail), added the head from an old King Shark toy from a DC 2 pack that came out about a decade ago (luckily it is separate piece from the body popped right off after some time in boiling water), used some sculpty to combine it to Venom then got to painting. I also wanted him to have something water related, so i made an aquatic base using a old DC Direct Firestorm base.

Man, I love this figure. King Shark is awesome, and you really did him justice with this great custom. I've been wanting to do the hammerhead version of him from Suicicde Squad.

thanks! I used the feet from an old McFarlane Predator figure. They had broken off on their own(thanks Todd!) sitting in toy bin and I had to shave them down to make them fit in Venom's feet slots. Worked out well cause I could not think of what feet to use!
